Robotics Laboratory
Dr. C. Batur demonstrates the trajectory planning
application for the Robotics course
|
The Robotics
Laboratory has three industrial and three educational robots. A
flexible manufacturing cell consisting of two lathes, a position
indexer, a feeding device, and a stereo vision system can be fully
integrated into any robot by a PC-based workcell controller. The
main purpose of the laboratory is to illustrate the basic principles
of robotics workcells through hands-on experiments.
